Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most standard, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery, provided that the items meet the following criteria:

  • The item is in unused, original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Please note: We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items (including made-to-order tables, engraved products, or custom resin art)
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or modified by the customer
  • Gift cards or downloadable content (if applicable)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, item description, and reason for the return.
  2. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  3. Carefully repackage the item in its original condition using the original packaging. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your return has been approved.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to an error on our part).
  • Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee in certain cases (e.g., bulk orders or specialty packaging).

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item according to this policy and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will prioritize your case and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund as appropriate. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  2. Then, contact your payment provider. Refund processing times may vary.

International Orders

International returns follow the same guidelines. However, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs or duties.

We recommend using a tracked and insured method for returning international packages. Ocean Epoxy is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or delayed in transit.
