Order Processing Time
We begin processing your order as soon as it is received. Processing time depends on whether your item is ready-made or custom-designed.
Ready-to-Ship Items
- These include standard trays, lamps, coasters, and wall art that are in stock.
- Processing time: 2 to 5 business days.
Custom Orders
- These include personalized tables, engraved pieces, or made-to-order resin art.
- Processing time: 7 to 14 business days depending on complexity, curing time, and finishing requirements.
Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping within the United States for all orders over $100.
- This offer applies to orders with a subtotal (before taxes and discounts) over the required minimum.

Delivery Issues
We are committed to making sure your order reaches you in perfect condition. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:
Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, first check the tracking information. If there are no updates, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage to the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Lost Packages
If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will initiate a claim and ship a replacement or issue a refund. Please allow us sufficient time to work with the carrier to investigate.
Address Accuracy
