1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges for customers in the U.S. and Canada only within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item meets our return criteria.

Returns are accepted ONLY if the product falls under these conditions:
  • Wrong/Damaged/Faulty Items:

    • The item received is incorrect or significantly differs from the product description.
    • The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon arrival.
    • The artwork has visible defects, including smudging, fading, or peeling.
  • Shipping Damage:

    • If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
    • If the product inside is damaged due to shipping, please provide photos of the package and item within 30 days.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  • Custom & Personalized Items: Since our epoxy resin arts are handcrafted and often made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or refunds on custom pieces unless they arrive damaged.
  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction with design preferences.
  • Items Used or Without Original Packaging: Returned items must be unused, with all packaging and labels intact.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Attach clear photos of the defective/damaged item and shipping label.
  1. Verification & Approval:

    • Once we verify your claim, we will process a replacement or refund within 7 business days.
    • No need to return the item unless otherwise instructed.

4. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds: If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Replacements: If eligible, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if the defect is minor.
Important Notes:
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
